Description

Our client, a data-driven organization, is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join their team on a hybrid schedule out of their Charlotte, North Carolina office. In this role, you will collect, clean, and analyze data to help stakeholders make informed decisions, building reports and dashboards that turn raw numbers into clear insights.

This is a strong opportunity for an early-career analyst who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow, and who enjoys the mix of in-office collaboration and remote focus time. You will partner with cross-functional teams, support data quality efforts, and present findings in clear, non-technical terms. Mentorship and room to advance are part of the package.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Analyze trends and summarize findings for stakeholders
  • Support data quality and integrity initiatives
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis requests
  • Present insights in clear, non-technical terms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Able to work on a hybrid schedule from the Charlotte office
