Seeking a Junior Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and Python knowledge who is eager to use their skills to rapidly turn data into insights. You'll have an opportunity to work on projects that support Federal Health Agencies as we develop next-generation analytics and reporting systems that directly impacts healthcare quality.

Salary- $50,000-$60,000/year + Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Code and validate large datasets for analytic reporting.
- Explore and profile data sources
- Maintain data documentation and definitions.
- Provide clean, transformed data ready for analysis.
- Support critical BI dashboards with actionable data.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or a similar field.
- 1-2 years of experience in SQL.
- Strong understanding of relational database and data warehousing concepts (e.g., OLAP, dimensional modeling)
- Experience with code versioning tools (GitHub)
- Expert skills with SQL and basic statistics.
- Intermediate expertise in Python programming.
- Strong problem solving and structuring skills.
- Ability and desire to take ownership of and initiative for analysis, from requirements clarification to deliverables.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment effectively.
- Strong technical communication skills: both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and learn applicable new techniques independently as needed.
