Client: Vanguard
Location: Charlotte, NC | Dallas, TX | Malvern, PA | Phoenix, AZ -> 3 days on site mandatory
Duration: 6 month + Contract to Hire
Role focuses on Data Analytics side, a Data Scientist won't translate well or want to do this position
Experimentation with data and AB testing - they use Python to run AB testing and get statistics
Advanced Analytical methods - deeper understanding of Data Analytics
Currently using SQL to transform the data
Must have good communication and experience to presenting to Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Business level executives and be able to break down technical requirements for them to understand
Handle complex data, data engineering experience not necessarily data engineering, not building data pipelines but more so pulling data from large data fields or creating new data fields/data tagging and combine multiple large complex data sources to tell the story in SQL
Experience with unstructured and structured data
Ability to go into unseen data and determine what is going on based off what the data is telling them
Create synthesized data story, comfortable with ambiguity
There will be little direction with this role, you will be given the business problem and must figure it out
Role will be working directly and indirectly with CXD Group (Customer Experience & Digital) Call Center Technology. Vanguard is implementing a new third party vendor which will be reporting on new ChatAI/GenAI Bots with call volumes, speed to answer, length of call, que routing, staffing, and resource planning, digital products that enable contact center efficiency.
