The Junior Data Architect reports to the Transformation Office VP within the Governance Transformation & Data Office. The role involves close collaboration with Business and Technical Platform Product Owner (mainly Resolver), RLM program team as well as key stakeholders across Schneider Digital and Data & Performance teams, Data Domains, and E2E Data Flow Architects.
Job Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Modeling
Define and maintain risk management data models, including functional entities and processes, across Resolver and associated applications.
Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
Contribute to enterprise data cataloging and metadata management.
Ensure alignment with Client data standards and architecture principles.
Data Governance & Quality
Support implementation of data governance policies and standards.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Define and monitor data quality controls, KPIs, and remediation processes.
Support data ownership and stewardship practices.
Integration & Data Flows
Design and document data flows between Resolver, Optro, enterprise platforms, and Group data lakes.
Support API, ETL, and integration initiatives.
Collaborate with Client Digital teams to ensure sustainable and scalable integrations.
Participate in architecture reviews and accreditation activities.
Analytics & AI Enablement
Enable reporting, analytics, and AI use cases through high-quality data foundations.
Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.
Support data availability for governance and risk performance dashboards.
Architecture Documentation
Maintain architecture documentation, data lineage, metadata, and technical standards.
Document key design decisions and support architecture governance processes.
Identify opportunities to modernize data architecture and integration patterns.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Domains, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate alignment between governance functions and technical teams.

Experience working with enterprise data ecosystems and SaaS applications.
