We are seeking a hands-on Network/Data Center Engineer responsible for deployment, configuration, and maintenance of data center network infrastructure. The role involves working with switching technologies, structured cabling, monitoring tools, and supporting day-to-day data center operations and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Install, rack, stack, and cable network devices in data center environments
Configure and manage network switches (Meraki, Aruba)
Perform VLAN setup, IP configuration, uplinks, and port provisioning
Support routing & switching operations including STP and L2/L3 networking
Monitor network health using tools like SolarWinds and troubleshoot issues
Handle hardware alerts (optics, PSU, fan) and outage resolution
Maintain DCIM systems and track inventory, assets, and rack layouts
Support breakout configurations (400G to 100G) and ensure redundancy
Provide remote hands support for deployments and testing
Participate in maintenance windows and emergency response
