Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in foundational visual design, cross-channel asset production, and collaboration across creative workflows and a proven ability to deliver high-quality digital assets that align with brand standards and drive consumer revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt digital creative assets, including graphics, animations, and videos, for owned channels and paid media platforms.
• Execute production and resizing of campaign assets to meet platform specifications and brand requirements.
• Support senior designers and contribute to a collaborative workflow across projects and deadlines.
• Ensure visuals, messaging, and interactivity align with creative direction and brand standards across multiple brands.
• Apply design principles and strategic thinking to produce effective, on-brand creative that supports consumer revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Art Direction, Senior Design, and Program Management to leverage data and contribute to performance insights and asset optimizations.
• Maintain clear communication on timelines and progress with Project Management and cross-functional partners.
• Monitor industry best practices and trends in design and consumer revenue generation.
• Organize and manage raw media and final assets to ensure proper storage, backup, and accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of design experience, with interest in consumer-facing, revenue-generating campaigns. Recent graduates are welcome.
• Portfolio demonstrating campaign exposure, applied design principles, attention to detail, and contributions across the creative process.
• Foundational knowledge of typography, color theory, and UX design.
• Knowledge of ADA-compliant design practices.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, UI/UX, and social media design principles.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects; working knowledge of G Suite and project management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience adapting creative for multi-brand portfolios and paid media platforms.
• Experience collaborating with data and analytics partners to inform creative iterations.
