Junior Developer ServiceNow

A Kforce client is seeking a Junior Developer ServiceNow in Atlanta, GA.

Overview: The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions with a focus on integrations, IT Service Management (ITSM), and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role works closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and well-designed ServiceNow capabilities that support business and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts across ITSM and CMDB
• Build and support ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, MID Server, and data imports
• Develop and maintain CMDB data models, relationships, and supporting automations
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and support testing and deployment activities
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and development standards to ensure maintainability and performance
• Document technical designs, configurations, and integration logic
