Role Overview


As a Junior Energy Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating interest and setting qualified appointments with homeowners for solar and energy consultations. This is a field-based, entry-level sales role designed to train you into a full Energy Consultant position.


You will work directly with experienced leaders, follow proven scripts, and operate within a structured daily schedule.


Key Responsibilities


  • Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach

  • Educate homeowners on solar and energy-saving options

  • Qualify prospects and set appointments for senior consultants

  • Follow company sales scripts and field processes

  • Track activity and performance in company CRM

  • Attend daily training, coaching, and team meetings

  • Maintain professionalism and represent the Housebuildr brand
