Junior Escrow Officer with one of the fastest-growing escrow companies in the
Southern California South Bay. The company is dedicated to delivering the professionalism and trust required to provide clients with complete concierge service and satisfaction. This is accomplished through an elite, experienced team committed to solving even the most complex issues that may arise during a transaction.
The
Junior Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:- Determining the necessary steps to transfer property titles in accordance with terms outlined in real estate contracts and lender instructions.
- Preparing all closing documents required to issue title insurance at closing.
- Conducting closings with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys.
- Opening escrow accounts and drafting escrow instructions.
- Initiating title searches and resolving title defects or issues.
- Ordering payoff demands as well as homeowners association (HOA) documents and demands.
- Coordinating directly with lenders regarding buyer loan packages.
- Maintaining consistent communication with all parties throughout the escrow process.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- Minimum of 3 years of escrow experience.
- Background as an Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant with a strong team-player mindset, ready to support a high-volume Escrow Officer.
- Experience handling high-end transactions for top-producing real estate agents
Pay Rate Range: $35.00 - 40.00/hour plus commission
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
