Junior Escrow Officer

Currently, we have an opportunity for a JUNIOR ESCROW OFFICER with one of the fastest growing escrow companies in the SoCal South Bay, dedicated to delivering the professionalism and trust needed to give their clients complete concierge services and satisfaction. The JUNIOR ESCROW OFFICER is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Determine the steps required to transfer property title in accordance with the real estate contract and lender instructions.
• Prepare all closing documents required for the issuance of title insurance at closing.
• Conduct closings with customers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.
• Open escrow accounts and prepare escrow instructions.
• Initiate title searches and resolve title issues.
• Order payoff demands, as well as HOA documents and demands.
• Coordinate with the lender regarding the buyer’s loan.
• Maintain consistent communication with all parties throughout the escrow process.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• 3 years of experience.
• Experienced Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant willing to work as a team player and support a busy Escrow Officer.
• Must be willing to work in a company whose business is driven by shareholders who direct business to the company.
• The shareholders are major real estate agents in the South Bay area with high-end transactions.

Pay Rate Range: $35.00 - 40.00/hour plus commission

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
