Support the development of project budgets, cost estimates, and proposal submissions. Review project plans, specifications, and construction documents. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing and project information. Participate in preconstruction and estimating meetings with internal teams. Maintain accurate documentation and estimating records throughout the bidding process. Contribute to the successful delivery of corporate interiors, hospitality, and life science fit-out projects. Collaborate closely with project management and field teams to ensure estimate accuracy.The Successful Applicant2+ years of estimating experience within construction. Experience supporting commercial construction projects. Ability to review construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work full-time, onsite, 5 days per week in Downtown Boston. Preferred experience with corporate interiors or Downtown Boston interior fit-out projects.
