We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator for a full-time, position located in Sacramento County, CA. The Junior Estimator will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing plans, specifications, and other documentation. This role will involve coordinating with project teams, collecting vendor and subcontractor proposals, performing quantity take-offs, evaluating project schedules, and preparing bid proposals. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project costs are accurately assessed and estimates are delivered on time to support successful project bids.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in cost estimating, blueprint reading, and construction project analysis
  • Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and industry standards
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and construction estimation software
  • Strong mathematical, analytical
  • Previous experience or an internship in construction estimation is a plus
