Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs for roofing, siding, windows, doors, carpentry, and related exterior scope items
- Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates using internal data, vendor pricing, and project specifications
- Review drawings, plans, and bid documents to ensure complete scope coverage and identify potential gaps or risks
- Prepare and submit organized, competitive bid proposals for RFPs and project opportunities
- Collaborate with project managers, sales, and clients to align estimates with project execution requirements
- Participate in site visits and inspections (including roofs and elevated areas) to verify field conditions and scope accuracy
Qualifications:
- Must have Proficiency with computers, including estimating software and general digital tools
- Must have Ability to work at heights and safely navigate pitched roofs during site visits and inspections
- Must have Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must have Strong attention to detail and time management
