The Bizarre Agency is expanding in Miami, and we're looking for ambitious individuals ready to kick-start their careers in events, marketing, sales, and leadership.

We partner with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to help grow awareness and support through exciting face-to-face campaigns at events, retail locations, and community activations across the Miami area. Every conversation you have helps create real impact for incredible causes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns
• Connect with members of the public and share the mission behind each campaign
• Help nonprofits gain new supporters through engaging face-to-face conversations
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing our clients professionally
• Learn valuable skills in sales, marketing, communication, and leadership
• Participate in daily coaching sessions and ongoing professional development
• Work alongside an energetic, supportive team in a fast-paced environment

Who We're Looking For

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, sports, events, or sales is a plus, but no experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training from day one.
