We are hiring a Junior Event Manager to help plan and deliver sales and marketing events across New Orleans. You will coordinate timelines, event materials, team communication, campaign logistics, and all the important details that turn a good plan into tooa successful event.

Each campaign brings a different client, audience, and objective. You will gain practical experience supporting promotional events and brand activations across hospitality, consumer brands, technology, professional services, and nonprofit sectors.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, event materials, staffing needs, and campaign resources
• \n
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and brand activations
• \n
• Communicate with clients, team members, vendors, and event partners
• \n
• Help manage event logistics, setup, customer engagement, and lead generation
• \n
• Keep each event aligned with the client’s goals, messaging, and brand standards
• \n
• Monitor campaign activity and solve challenges calmly as they arise
• \n
• Track attendance, engagement, leads, customer feedback, and event results
• \n
• Prepare event recaps and identify opportunities to improve future campaigns
• \n
• Help create experiences that feel professional, welcoming, and worth remembering
