We're looking for a Junior Fire Protection Engineer to join our growing Facilities Division in Binghamton, NY. This is more than just a job - it's a chance to shape your career, grow alongside a collaborative team, and help design the future of infrastructure solutions across the country.

What You'll Do
Assist with the design of fire alarm, fire suppression, and life safety systems for new construction and renovation projects
Support the development of construction drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations
Perform code research and apply requirements from NFPA standards, IBC, IFC, and applicable state and local codes
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams
Participate in site visits, field investigations, and facility assessments
Assist with technical reports, studies, and permit documentation
Support construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and field observations
Learn industry best practices under the guidance of senior engineers
Participate in project meetings and client communications
