Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Foreign Exchange Trading Operations Analyst to join the FX Confirmations Operations Team supporting the FX trade lifecycle. This team acts as an intermediary between the Institutional Securities FX/EM Sales Desk and the clients they serve, helping ensure trades are properly documented, confirmed, and executed.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an interest in financial markets and trading operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes that ensure accurate documentation and execution of trade details.
• Support trade confirmation activities throughout the FX trade lifecycle.
• Identify risks in day-to-day processes and help implement appropriate controls.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
• Develop detailed knowledge of processes, systems, markets, and financial instruments.
• Analyze complex or ambiguous issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments, business units, and external client contacts.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and overall team objectives.
