What You'll Be Doing Support industry leading scientists and engineers in the development of maintainable cloud native web applications as well as development of backend service-oriented architecture components Provide technical support in application architecture and development and continuous integration and continuous deployment Build user interfaces and advanced visualizations to enhance data analysis and decision-making processes Interface with a wide variety of Engineering and Technology Group (ETG), launch, satellite, and other program office customers Foster innovation by staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices What You Need to be Successful - Associate Member of Technical Staff - Systems Software Engineer Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering or a related STEM field At least one year of experience in full stack development (post bachelors completion) Demonstrated skill in object-oriented programming languages and modern web frameworks. Experience in C++, Java, or Python. Proficiency in MERN is highly desirable Knowledge in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment Ability to work both independently, and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Willing to travel occasionally to customer sites domestically, approximately 5% This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government.
