Graphic Designer I – Onsite
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Schedule: Full-time, onsite (daily commute required – local candidates preferred)
TeamQuest Staffing is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer I to support our client’s marketing team in Huntington Beach. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on producing engaging designs and marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency across various channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and has a sharp eye for layout, color, and detail.
Create and support domestic and international marketing campaigns, product launches, brochures, packaging, and other collateral materials.
Design and produce print and digital assets, ads, and direct mail pieces.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and refine creative concepts while ensuring brand consistency.
Manage design production tasks that involve translated text, dimensions, color accuracy, and detailed CAD integration.
Stay up to date on company product lines, revisions, and technical updates.
Maintain organized archives of design files and project materials.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on design requirements and deadlines.
Stay current on design trends, software tools, and best practices.
Take ownership of assigned projects from concept through completion, meeting timelines and quality standards.

Perform other related duties as assigned, including occasional overtime when needed.
