Salary/Hourly Rate:
$28/hr

Position Overview:
The Junior Graphic Designer will design compelling visual assets for VM, retail, and intimates brands. They will collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing teams to enhance store displays and digital presence. The ideal candidate will drive customer engagement through creative design solutions.

Responsibilities of the Junior Graphic Designer:
  • Develop graphics for retail store displays, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Create digital assets for e-commerce and social media campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Merchandising teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation.
  • Support visual merchandising strategies for the intimates sector.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Assist in seasonal campaign planning and execution.
  • Review and refine design concepts based on feedback.
Required Experience/Skills for the Junior Graphic Designer:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing retail and graphic design work.
  • Experience designing for retail environments or consumer products.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Junior Graphic Designer:
  • Prior experience in the intimates sector or fashion retail.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
  • Experience with photography or video editing.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required.
