WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Assisting with assembling, disassembling, loading, and unloading heavy transport equipment
- Supporting the operation of modular trailers and transport vehicles
- Gaining hands-on experience with rigging, lashing, and hydraulic systems
- Reading and understanding transport plans and work orders
- Performing basic inspections and safety checks on equipment
- Learning to build trailers and support gear with hand tools
- Traveling with the crew to support on-site heavy haul projects
- Prioritizing safety and precision every step of the way
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- A strong work ethic and a serious interest in heavy transport and logistics
- Willingness to learn — both in the field and in formal training sessions
- Mechanical curiosity and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Good communication and a team-first attitude
- English proficiency (verbal and written)
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
- Bonus points for any experience in construction, logistics, or mechanical trades
