    Job Description

    Cameron Junior High School

    Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree from accredited university. Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or required training for subject and level assigned.

    Certification Areas accepted: 7-12 Math, 4-8 Generalist, or 4-8 Math

    Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned. ESL endorsement preferred.

    Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of core academic subject assigned. General knowledge of curriculum and instruction. Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong background in reading instruction and knowledge of R & I processes.

    Ability to Establish Classroom Climate Conducive to Academic Success

    Fingerprinting required.
