Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution. If so, our client is hiring a Junior HR Business Systems Analyst.
Position Type:
- Contract
- Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, operations, or project support
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.)
- Experience supporting HR/HCM systems and working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Experience with UAT testing, defect tracking, and system enhancements
- Availability to work 4 days onsite
Preferences:
- Experience supporting business systems, HR technology, or enterprise applications
- Exposure to system implementation activities
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day administration and operational effectiveness of Talent Management products and processes
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify effective solutions
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements for system enhancements
- Manage and prioritize work items within product backlogs
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Investigate user issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with project planning, change management activities, and end-user communications
