What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in servicing and maintaining HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients
- Support diagnostics and basic repairs under guidance
- Continue developing technical knowledge through daily fieldwork
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service
Schedule
- Full-time role (40+ hours/week)
- Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
Compensation: $25-$29 per hour, based on experience

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Around 1 year of HVAC service or maintenance experience
- HVAC school training is preferred
- EPA Universal Certification
- Texas Technician License
- NATE certification is a plus
