A newly acquired and growing HVAC operation in the Farland–Mesquite–Forney–Rockwall area is seeking a Junior HVAC Service Technician for a great long-term opportunity with hands-on training and career growth. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Junior HVAC Service Technician position include:
• 1+ years of HVAC experience or vocational training; assist with service, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting on commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Entry-level or junior technician background; support senior technicians while continuing to build technical skills in the field
• Exposure to commercial systems is preferred; work on RTUs and other equipment commonly found in commercial applications
• Familiarity with residential HVAC systems is a plus; assist with maintenance, repairs, and support for residential service calls
• Interest in air quality and ventilation systems is desirable; help support filtration, airflow, and indoor air quality solutions
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the trade; develop into a more advanced technician over time
• Good customer communication and professionalism; represent the company well during service and maintenance visits
• Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic; contribute to a growing operation with strong long-term opportunity
Salary: $25 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
