Junior/Intern Account Manager
Role Objective: Designed for recent graduates or early-career lab technicians looking to transition from the bench into health-tech. This role focuses on learning the Crelio LIS platform, assisting with client setups, and escalating technical needs while managing day-to-day customer onboarding tracks.
Coordinate on customer onboarding configurations, ensuring new labs are set up according to operational requirements.
Assist with basic LIS training for laboratory staff and client administrators.
Provide low-level software support and manage initial troubleshooting queues.
Act as a key coordinator between the clinical client and Crelio's internal technical engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Document customer feedback and feature requests to help improve the software lifecycle.
Required: Formal laboratory training or hands-on clinical lab experience (e.g., MT, MLT, Lab Assistant, or a degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical fields).
Preferred: Prior exposure to using a Laboratory Information System (LIS) in a professional or educational setting; strong communication skills.
Location Requirement: Fully remote; West Coast residency preferred.

On-Target Earnings (OTE) | $72,000 – $85,000 per year (Includes 10%–15% variable bonus based on onboarding milestones). |
Month 6 Performance Review | Potential 5% to 8% salary increase or milestone-based adjustment upon proven autonomy. |
Month 12 Merit Review | Standard annualised tech review (typically 3% to 5% cost-of-living or performance-driven step-up). |
