Support day-to-day investment operations across sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio monitoring
Maintain accurate deal and portfolio records within internal systems and databases
Assist in tracking investment milestones, approvals, and documentation
Support recurring portfolio, performance, and investment activity reporting
Assist with data reconciliation between investment, finance, and external reporting sources
Help maintain KPI dashboards and standardized reporting templates
Coordinate materials and data for investment committee meetings
Assist with preparation and quality control of investment memos and summaries
Ensure proper documentation and version control across investment materials
Support portfolio company data collection and monitoring
Assist with analysis related to capital calls, distributions, follow-on investments, and exits
