Job Title: Junior IT Help Desk Support

A large enterprise organization in the St. Louis market is seeking a Junior IT Help Desk Support professional to join their onsite support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys problem solving, supporting end users, and working in a fast-paced technical environment.
This role focuses on providing Level 1 technical support, assisting employees with account access, connectivity issues, and common software troubleshooting while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide phone-based IT support to internal users
Perform identity verification for support requests
Assist with network account support including password resets and account unlocks
Support MFA credential registration and updates
Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for Outlook, browsers, remote connectivity, and other common applications
Document all support interactions in the ticketing system
Handle an average call volume of approximately 35 calls per day
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of Help Desk, Technical Support, or IT Support experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Experience navigating support documentation and troubleshooting guides
Strong written communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
