A nationally recognized plaintiff-side class action litigation boutique is seeking a talented Junior Litigation Associate to join its growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly credentialed junior attorney-or a judicial clerk looking to transition into private practice-who wants substantive responsibility early and the opportunity to litigate meaningful cases against sophisticated national companies and their Am Law counsel.

What You'll Do

Associates take an active role in cases from the outset, including drafting complaints, dispositive motions, class certification briefing, and appellate briefs in state and federal courts.

You'll help develop novel legal theories, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, coordinate with experts, assist with settlement negotiations and claims administration, and have opportunities to first- and second-chair hearings and arbitrations.

This is a writing-intensive position where strong associates can quickly earn significant responsibility.

Who We're Looking For

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with outstanding academic credentials and exceptional legal writing ability.

Ideal candidates will have approximately 2-4 years of sophisticated litigation experience, although highly credentialed candidates coming directly from federal or high-level judicial clerkships are strongly encouraged to apply.

Strong candidates may bring:

• J.D. with excellent academic credentials
• Experience with a highly regarded national/Am Law litigation practice, sophisticated litigation boutique, government agency, or public interest organization
• Federal or appellate judicial clerkship experience
• Exceptional persuasive writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience with complex civil litigation in state or federal court
• Intellectual curiosity and an ability to develop creative legal arguments
• Genuine interest in class actions, consumer protection, privacy, technology, or plaintiff-side advocacy
• Active bar admission

Prior plaintiff-side or class action experience is welcome but not required. The firm is highly interested in exceptional BigLaw litigators and judicial clerks who want earlier responsibility, greater ownership of their work, and a more mission-oriented practice.

The Opportunity

This is an especially compelling move for a junior attorney who has received excellent training but wants to do more than remain several layers removed from the substantive action.

You'll work directly with experienced litigators on complex, high-stakes and potentially precedent-setting cases, while developing the writing, strategic, discovery, and courtroom skills necessary to eventually run sophisticated matters independently.

Location: Fully Remote - U.S.

Experience: Approximately 1-4 years / Judicial Clerks considered

Practice: Plaintiff-Side Class Actions & Complex Litigation

Base Compensation: $135,000-$160,000 + multiple bonuses
