A growing and highly respected litigation firm is seeking an Attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience to join its San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys litigation work but prefers to work closely with senior attorneys rather than managing a full independent caseload immediately.
The role will support two experienced partners and offers hands-on exposure to depositions, mediations, legal research, and case strategy in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy
Assist senior attorneys with depositions, mediations, and hearings
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Review case files, documentation, and supporting evidence
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Experience in real estate or broader civil litigation will also be considered
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused legal environment
Work Environment
First 30–60 days onsite in San Francisco for onboarding, Training etc.
Transition to hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
Compensation Salary: $125K – $150K Bonus eligible based on team settlements and case outcomes
