Based in Dallas, the Junior Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for supporting legal teams in all phases of case management while also helping design, test, and implement AI-enabled workflows and tools for the Firm's legal operations. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the intersection of legal support and emerging legal technology.
This role reports to the Associate Director of Paralegal Services and the Manager, Paralegal Services, with additional collaboration with the Firm's AI Institute and knowledge management teams.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and substantive paralegal experience. Candidate must meet any applicable state requirements governing the performance of paralegal duties, including any required certifications or qualifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) or legal technology platforms is a plus.

The annual compensation range for this position is $62 - 70k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
