The ideal candidate has prior experience in sales or customer service, is comfortable with high volume dialing, and is eager to learn about the mortgage industry.

Duties:

\n

• \n
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their mortgage inquiries.
• \n
• Pre-approve potential clients.
• \n
• Handle Email, Calls and Text Message campaigns to prospective clients.
• \n
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using software.
• \n
• Pre-approve clients with a series of 5 questions.
• \n
• Collaborate with other bankers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• \n
• Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record management.
• \n

Qualifications:

• \n
• Previous experience in mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
• \n
• Good People Skills.
• \n
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• \n
• Proficiency with a computer and phone.
• \n
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
• \n
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Hours:

\n

• \n
• MWF 9am-6pm
• \n
• T/TH 9am-7pm1 Saturday per month 9am-3pm
• \n

\n

\n

Compensation:

\n

• \n
• Hourly/Overtime + Bonuses
• \n
• Total yearly average On Target Earnings (OTE): $52k+
