Junior Logistics Clerk, Shipping & Receiving

Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Daylight

A day in the role

You start your morning reviewing the day’s inbound schedule. A truck backs into the dock—you receive, inspect, and safely unload the shipment. You verify counts, note any discrepancies, and file the paperwork accurately. After a quick huddle with teammates, you switch gears to outbound: packaging products, labeling, and preparing orders to meet pick-up times. Throughout the day, you keep aisles organized, inventory tidy, and follow all safety procedures while moving materials and loading or unloading trucks. As orders go out on time, you collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient fulfillment.

What you’ll handle

• Receive, check, and unload incoming freight
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders on schedule
• Maintain organized inventory and a clean warehouse environment
• Load and unload trucks using safe material-handling practices
• Complete shipping/receiving documentation with accuracy
• Partner with team members to hit fulfillment timelines
• Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols

What you bring

• At least 1 year of experience in shipping/receiving or general warehousing
• Forklift exposure is a plus (not required)
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance
• Dependable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting and following directions
