Overview
R&P is seeking a Logistics Support Analyst to support the U.S. Navy's FF(X) Frigate Shipbuilding Program Office (PMS 410). PMS 410 is responsible for the design, production, test and delivery of the U.S. Navy's next generation Frigate, currently designated FF(X). Work will be performed on-site at Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters located at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington DC and at contractor facilities nearby.
Responsibilities
Provide support to the customer in the execution of the following tasks:
Support efforts and facilitate information flow between PMS 515 and key stakeholders. This includes but is not limtied to:
Attend meetings in support of PMS 410, capture meeting minutes, and manage associated action trackers.
Oversee and update the customer''s SharePoint site.
Develop briefing packages utilizing MS Office Suite of Products
Assist in managing the in the FF(x) War Room including aligning schedules to coincide with Program need dates.
Assist in the development of Life Cycle Sustainment Planning documentation IAW DoD 5000.02 guidance for Performance Based organizations. Understand and identify critical availability, mission success, and cost allocations to decompose across sustainment organizations (Product Support Integrators) and contractors (Product Support Providers)
Track and monitor changes to ship allowances.
Coordinate with the stakeholder community to identify opportunities for improving GFE processes, capturing efficiencies, and enhancing program plans based on best practices.
Assist in the development of platform acquisition, fleet introduction, and sustainment work breakdowns.
Analyze and interpret logistics data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate logistics data insights to stakeholders.
Assist in the development of recommendations to optimize logistics operations and improve program performance.

Salary
R&P offers a highly competitive compensation package that includes contributions towards health insurance, 401(k) matching, and other non-salary benefits. Exact salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
