    Assistant Vice President

    Department:

    DL - Late Stage Lending

    Department Overview

    Golub Capital’s Late Stage Lending team provides flexible debt that allows fast-growing software companies to expand without further equity dilution.  We provide senior debt, subordinated debt and equity investments to companies undergoing rapid growth.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Research potential companies, conferences and target geographies

    • Help maintain the LSL Team’s CRM (e.g., organizing, entering new companies and maintaining integrity)

    • Actively reach out to earlier stage software companies to help originate new opportunities for the LSL Team

    • Various marketing projects

    Candidate Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • College student going into their Junior or Sophomore year with an interest in business or finance

    • Should be available to start immediately, with a commitment of 10 – 15 hours per week throughout the spring semester. Candidate should also have interest in working throughout the summer with an expectation of 40 hours per week.

    • Candidates must be organized, detail driven, process orientated and display strong attention to detail

    • Prior financial services experience preferred but not necessary
