Junior Maintenance Technician $18/hr | Full-Time | Weekdays
Are you mechanically inclined and the type of person who can't walk past a broken machine without wanting to figure out what's wrong with it? We're hiring a Junior Maintenance Technician to help keep our manufacturing plant and equipment running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some hands-on maintenance experience who wants to grow their mechanical and electrical skills in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do
Help diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues throughout the facility
Learn and perform planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, and condition monitoring on plant equipment
Log work orders, parts, and resolutions accurately and on time
Keep parts and spare inventory organized and stocked
Work alongside the Maintenance Team Leader to track and report machine status
Coordinate with subcontractors and outside equipment vendors on repairs and adjustments
Help maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work area
Learn the function of every piece of equipment in the plant and look for ways to improve efficiency
What We're Looking For
Mechanically inclined with a genuine interest in fixing things
At least 6 months of mechanical maintenance experience
Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production setting
Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Pay: $18.00 per hour Reports To: Maintenance Team Leader / Executive Management
