Position Summary
The Junior Marketing Associate will support global driver acquisition programs across the EU, Africa, Asia, and the US, coordinating local brand reps and running the operational engine for the head of marketing. This is a hands-on, admin-heavy role focused on organization, weekly KPI reporting, dashboard maintenance, and cross-time-zone coordination, with growing exposure to paid social and broader marketing functions over time. Ideal for a recent grad or early-career professional who is organized, curious, and motivated by learning marketing from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and execute driver acquisition programs across EU, Africa, Asia, and US markets
  • Coordinate with local brand reps and partners across multiple time zones
  • Own weekly KPI reporting and maintain dashboards and spreadsheets tracking panel health and program performance
  • Support both the consumer comparison app and driver-facing app with day-to-day marketing admin work
  • ssist with creative asset requests, copywriting, survey distribution, and special projects
  • Gradually take on paid social campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (3-6 months in, training provided)

Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of post-grad, internship, or relevant project experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Strong spreadsheet fluency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through and ownership

Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or internship experience in marketing, operations, business, or communications
  • ny exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools, or survey software (Typeform, Qualtrics)
  • Multilingual or international experience in EU, Africa, or Asia markets
  • Interest in mobility, rideshare, gig economy, or consumer apps
  • NYC-based and able to come into the office a few days per week
