Description

About Appulate

Appulate is the fastest-growing company in the InsureTech space. We have built a strong reputation in the insurance industry by understanding the needs of every stakeholder in the quoting process. A frequent recipient of ACORD awards and recognition from trade publications and industry analysts, Appulate has become the go-to technology partner for insurance companies, agencies, and brokers.

Today, more than 35,000 insurance agencies—representing roughly 80% of the total U.S. market—rely on Appulate to increase the speed and effectiveness of their submission process. As a result of this success, we are evolving into a distribution channel for insurance products and programs, delivering them directly to agents and automating the entire quoting process.

Supported by a team of nearly 100 software engineers, Appulate is uniquely positioned to combine technology, distribution, and insurance products to meet the needs of the industry for years to come.

We are looking for a creative, motivated, early-career Digital Marketing/Content Coordinator to help execute value-proposition-driven content across all digital platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute the digital marketing strategy set by the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Join exploratory calls with customers to uncover product details and value propositions, then turn those insights into engaging content that drives action
  • Create white papers, brochures, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials
  • Develop clear, creative, and concise value-proposition-driven content
  • Support all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, email, and social media) to drive engagement, maintain brand consistency, and improve conversion rates
  • Manage campaign reporting and performance tracking
  • Review, edit, and proofread all assigned projects for accuracy and quality

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) or higher from a four-year college or university
  • 0.5+ years of working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including website, email, and social media
  • Experience supporting LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • Ability to work aligned with U.S. Central Time Zone standard business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT)
  • Familiarity with web, email, and social media analytics, including compiling and analyzing performance data
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and its role in the sales pipeline
  • Understanding of content development processes from strategy through production, including basic HTML/CSS/JS skills for websites, email, and social platforms
  • Process-driven approach that keeps projects on track, seeks necessary information/approvals/resources, and meets timelines and content requirements
  • Comfortable communicating with executives, sales representatives, vendors, and customers
  • Strong listener who communicates effectively across all levels of the organization and demonstrates a dynamic, thoughtful, customer-service-focused personality with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to self-manage and collaborate successfully with individuals and teams across functions
  • Willingness to learn marketing tools, technology, skills, and techniques
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Offering:

  • Fully remote work environment
  • Unlimited PTO (we believe in work/life balance)
  • Health benefits
  • Salary: Up to $39,000.00 per year
    * The final compensation package will be determined based on your experience and the outcome of all stages of the selection process.
