Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Here's what we're looking for.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field • Entry-level to 2 years of mechanical design experience (internships/co-ops welcome) • Experience with 3D CAD software (Fusion, SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar) • Ability to read and create engineering drawings (basic GD&T knowledge) • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment • Experience or coursework related to engineer-to-order or custom equipment design • Familiarity with fabrication processes (machining, sheet metal, welding) • Exposure to ERP/PLM systems and revision control • Hands-on shop or assembly experience
