Junior / Mid-Level Data & Integration Analyst (API / SQL / Power BI)

Our client, is a Waste Disposal company, is looking for a Junior / Mid-Level Data & Integration Analyst (API / SQL / Power BI) for their Windsor, CT/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures to support data needs
• Assist in integrating and troubleshooting APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams on implementation, testing, and issue resolution
• Communicate with internal users and external customers to support data and integration needs
• Perform basic debugging and assist in root cause analysis of data or system issues
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across reporting and integrations

• We are looking for a motivated Junior to Mid-Level Data & Integration Analyst to support data integration, reporting, and troubleshooting efforts.
• This role involves working with APIs, SQL databases, and Power BI while collaborating closely with business and IT teams.
• The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has solid foundational technical skills, and can effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• 1–4 years of experience in a data, reporting, or integration-related role
• Working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, basic stored procedures)
• Basic understanding of APIs and how they are used for system integration
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams
• Familiarity with tools like Postman or similar for API testing
• Basic knowledge of data modeling concepts
• Attention to detail
