Job Description:
This role is 100% onsite at the client locations.
This person must be able to hit the ground running, I dont have the luxury of training or providing a long ramp-up.
Skills must have some (~3 yrs) experience working with networks and must be familiar with network terminology, protocols, technology (SW and HDW), architecture, and access. Cisco Routing & Switching, ISE, and WiFi are the most needed skills.
Education CCNA preferred but not required. Must be familiar with network terminology, protocols, technology (SW and HDW), and architecture.
Background I would like to see a history of working in a NOC or Network Support Team.
