Position: Junior Partner-Insurance Sales Specialist
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Schedule: Full-time

About the role
This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who is competitive, coachable, and committed to improving their skills every day. You’ll work alongside a team that collaborates, shares ideas, and pushes toward a common goal.
 
What you’ll do

• Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
• Create a referral network, building a pipeline to consistently hit weekly/monthly activity and production goals
• Discuss needs with prospects, generate quality quotes, present coverage options, and close sales
• Provide exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and share best practices
• Maintain licensing and follow required compliance standards

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Coachable and motivated to improve daily
• Comfortable with phone-based selling, follow-up, and asking for referrals
• Experience in sales (preferred, not required)
