Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Personal Injury Attorney with 1 to 3 years of litigation experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for injured clients, eager to develop litigation skills, and excited to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position offers hands-on experience managing personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution and litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation.

• Draft demand packages, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses.

• Conduct legal research and analyze liability, damages, and insurance coverage issues.

• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

• Participate in case strategy discussions and collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.

• Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences as needed.

• Review medical records, billing records, and other evidence relevant to client claims.

• Assist with trial preparation and other litigation-related tasks.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

• 1–3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, civil litigation, or a related practice area.

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
