MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Planning Future Operations Specialist to join our team in Oahu, HI.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Validates technical documentation and exercise scenarios to ensure alignment with established industry and military standards.

  • Authorize quality gate oversight for simulation data and coordinate complex logistical requirements for multinational training events.

  • Serve as a primary technical authority for the application of asymmetric modeling techniques.

  • Oversees the development of training manuals and materials for operational systems including command and control of the information environment.

  • Coordinate with mission partners to translate received requirements into discipline-specific language for theater exercises.

  • Manage the technical writing and editing process for consolidated exercise reports suitable for high-level distribution.

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field

  • 2+ years of position-relevant experience

  • Familiarity with military logistics execution terminology.

Clearance Required:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $63,800.00-$105,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
