Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn? At our Medina, OH plant, you’ll train into a versatile role that keeps our products moving—from line support and quality checks to packaging and materials flow. No prior experience is required; we’ll teach you on the job.
Imagine yourself:
- Helping the production line run at peak efficiency
- Inspecting parts to make sure every item meets quality standards
- Packaging finished products for shipment
- Assisting with machines and clearing small jams safely
- Rotating across stations to expand your skills
- Keeping your area clean and hazard-free
On some days you’ll also:
- Move materials by hand, with equipment, or via forklift (training provided)
- Pitch in with shipping, receiving, and inventory

Your schedule and pay
- Full-time role with multiple shifts available
- Overtime offered when production ramps up
- Starting wage: $15–$17/hour + weekly attendance bonus
