Description

A leading global financial services organization is seeking a Junior Technology Program Manager / Scrum Master to support enterprise technology modernization initiatives. This individual will help drive Agile delivery across multiple technology workstreams while partnering closely with engineering, architecture, product management, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate enjoys coordinating complex technology initiatives, improving delivery execution, managing risks, and facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Coordinate delivery across multiple technology initiatives.
Track project milestones and release schedules.
Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Produce executive delivery reporting.
Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams.
Support release planning and governance activities.
Ensure adherence to Agile and SDLC best practices.

Role Requirements:

5+ years of Agile delivery or Technology Program Management experience.
Financial Services experience required.
Strong Agile and Scrum experience.
SAFe methodology experience.
Jira and Confluence.
Enterprise SDLC knowledge.
Excellent stakeholder communication.
Experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives.
Strong organizational skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Wealth Management technology.
Enterprise transformation programs.
Change management.
Release management.
Scrum or PMP certifications.
