IDR is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for someone interested in helping develop innovative products within the automotive refinish industry. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and customer-focused experience from discovery to launch.

Position Overview for the Junior Product Manager:

  • Partner with stakeholders, product management, design, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver an intuitive, visually compelling experience for automotive refinish professionals.
  • Support the Global Product Owner in shaping product vision, goals, and a roadmap for Nimbus Color.
  • Translate customer insights and usage data into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and align stakeholders on product objectives and success metrics.
  • Support release readiness, monitor product performance post-launch, and contribute to continuous improvements.

Requirements for the Junior Product Manager:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design/HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 24 years of experience in product management or an adjacent role (e.g., product operations, project management, business analysis, UX, or customer-facing roles), with demonstrated contribution to shipping SaaS or other digital products.
  • Demonstrated user-focused approach to product development and interest in improving adoption and retention.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product briefs.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make trade-offs based on customer impact, business value, and effort.
