MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Program Control Analyst to join our team. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Junior Program Control Analyst I assists in drafting budget reports and helps prepare materials for cost-benefit evaluation studies.
  • They follow established standard operating procedures to update and maintain financial management databases.
  • They prepare routine status reports for senior management review and facilitate administrative coordination for the budget team.
  • The Junior Program Control Analyst I provides foundational knowledge of program control protocols and supports the collection of data for financial after-action reports.
  • They assist in the tracking of budget expenditures and the preparation of mission-readiness documentation.
  • They support the conversion of financial data into desired formats for dissemination among stakeholders in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
  • The Junior Program Control Analyst I takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field, a bachelor's degree can be substituted for 4 years of additional relevant experience.
  • 1+ years of position relevant experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Foundational knowledge of military budgeting processes
  • Ability to assist in the preparation of financial coordination documents
  • Familiarity with Excel.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Confidential level clearance prior to starting this position .

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $47,900.00-$79,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
