Junior Program Manager

Pay Rate: $38 per hour - $39.42 per hour
Shift: First Shift

Summary:

• Lead complex programs and initiatives from conception through implementation.
• Drive cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliverables.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale programs and projects.
• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Establish and maintain effective governance structures and communication channels.
• Manage cross-functional project teams to execute project activities.
• Monitor program performance metrics and track progress against milestones.
• Lead change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Mentor and coach junior program managers and project team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs and projects successfully.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing programs or projects in a technology, engineering, or product development environment.
• Knowledge of program/portfolio management tools and software.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Previous experience in leadership roles or managing cross-functional teams.
