What You'll Do


Schedule & Budget Support: 
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures (WBS) for civil and transportation projects. 
Reporting and Analysis: 
  • Help prepare project status reports, cost/schedule variance analyses, and dashboards for project managers and clients. 
Project Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure project controls data is accurate, current, and actionable. 
Process Improvement: 
  • Help identify opportunities to improve project tracking tools, templates, and workflows across civil and transportation project teams. 

What You'll Bring


Experience: 
  • 0–4 years of experience; recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience are encouraged to apply. 
Technical Proficiency: 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) is a plus; willingness to learn is essential. 
Education: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 
Skills: 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
